This is an initial rough Concept Sketch for a futuristic navigation device for Uncommon Paradigm 2nd edition. Once the design is finalised, I will proceed to model it in 3D either in Rhino or Blender 3D.

Uncommon Paradigm is a free science fiction artbook that has been an on-going free-time endeavor for me. The first edition of Uncommon Paradigm 3D Artbook is here.

To keep the sketch true to the Uncommon Paradigm ideal of using lowcost or free software, I used GIMP the opensource 2D graphic editor to render the hand-drawn sketches.
